Now, let me just tell you briefly what those research survey sites are and how they work.
When you join a paid research survey site, you often have to pay reasonable fee to gain access to a list of survey companies that want to get your opinion and reward you for completing their surveys.
This is great because you dont have to go out and search for those paid research sruveys yourself. Its readily compiled for you, and you can get a frequently updated list with fresh surveys waiting for you to complete.
That sign up fee is usually a one-time pay for access to the lists. Then you can go to your E-mail every day and look for new surveys to fill out.
When you get rewarded for doing the paid research surveys, youll make back your small investment anyway.
Now, when you join the site and get access to the paid research surveys list, create a new E-mail account for this purpose.
Why? Because you may start to get a surge of survey offers from companies eager to get your opinion, and you wont want this to mess up your regular E-mail box and mix with your other E-mails. Creating a different E-mail box for this will keep things organized for you.
Then, make sure to sign up with as many companies as you can, to take their surveys.
This way youll get lots of offers, and when you start to fill out the surveys regularly, they may send you more surveys and think of you as a valuable and dedicated survey taker. So, you can get more surveys and get paid even more.
But if you only want to take some kinds of paid research surveys, then be selective.
For example, if you want to take only US surveys, dont take international surveys, and so also the other way round.
Likewise, if you want to take only cash paid surveys that pay you money, then sign up only to those. Some companies will want you to test their products, and thats really great. Because you can get nice rewards and you may be allowed to keep those valuable products for yourself!
(One day I got a surprise shipment containing a high quality package of hundreds of thousands cliparts and photos, along with photo editing and album software and a catalog of the images, now that was really cool!)
Other paid-survey companies will promise to enter you into their sweep1takes. If youre not interested in those, you may ignore them.
They'll usually want to know some things about yourself, in order to be sure that your opinion suits the purpose.
They'll want to know if you live in the place where their products will be used, etc.. This is called the screening process. Be patient. After that, you can get surveys, so you might not want to just give up at this point.
Patience is very important. Dont get turned down if it takes some time to build momentum. You wont probably see results in the first day, but if you start to take the surveys and do it regularly, it may soon be rewarding to you.
